2. Cancellations Within Two Hours of Pickup

Cancellations made less than two (2) hours before the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee.

This is to cover operational costs such as:

  • Driver scheduling and allocation
  • Vehicle dispatch operations
  • Travel time already undertaken
  • Flight or train monitoring services
  • Loss of booking opportunity

Any applicable fee will be charged in line with the confirmed booking terms.
